If you are aged between 13 – 24 years old you may not be aware of the services that are available through the Broadway Surgery for you. We are here to help you with all of your medical problems and with any other concerns you may have, either directly with one of our Doctors or nurse or by referring you to a specialist.
You have the right to confidential advice. All staff at the surgery have to be discreet about your presence here and will respect your privacy. Anything you discuss or tell us will be treated with the strictest confidence, even if you are under 16. We will not say anything to anyone, including a family member, carer or teacher without your permission. The only reason we might have to consider sharing any information about you without your permission would be to protect you from serious harm and we would always discuss this with you first.
We are based close to the Hawks Cafe and the Library within the Wellsbourne Medical Centre. Our address is, 179 Whitehawk Road.
